Circle is seeking a Senior Analyst, AML Investigations to join our Investigation Operations team. You will detect fraudulent activity, review alerts, and oversee end-to-end cases including SARs/STRs, while collaborating with policy, legal, and compliance partners.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AML alert review, a solid understanding of global AML/CFT regulations, and experience with blockchain forensics tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience conducting AML alert review, investigation and applicable reporting.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations.
• Experience writing clear SAR/STR narratives for senior stakeholders/regulators.

Responsabilités

• Investigate complex and escalated AML investigations and identify activity that may require SAR/STR filing.
• Own cases end-to-end and document decisions to file or not file; draft SARs/STRs.
• Assist in handling transaction monitoring alerts and identify trends across work types.
• Support external parties (law enforcement, banking partners) and internal stakeholders (policy, legal, Compliance Operations).
• Escalate significant risks and support regulator/audit inquiries.
