Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Analyst, AML Investigations, to join Investigation Operations. You will own escalated AML investigations, draft SARs/STRs, and collaborate with policy, legal, and external partners to detect and prevent financial crime in a blockchain-enabled environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in AML alert review, strong regulatory knowledge, experience with blockchain forensic tools (TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Elliptic), and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience conducting AML alert review and investigations.
• Experience writing clear SAR/STR narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, VASPs, and AML/CFT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigating complex AML investigations and escalations from alerts and monitoring reviews.
• Own cases end-to-end and draft high-quality SARs/STRs.
• Collaborate with policy, legal, and Compliance Operations partners.
• Support regulator and audit inquiries and respond to external requests.
