The role requires 4+ years in AML investigations, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience drafting SARs/STRs for senior stakeholders and regulators.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in AML alert review, investigation and reporting.
• Experience writing SAR/STR narratives and communicating findings.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and blockchain ecosystems.
• Familiarity with VASPs and global AML/CFT standards.

Aufgaben

• Investigate complex AML alerts and escalations, and identify activity for SAR/STR filing.
• Own cases end-to-end and document decisions to file or not file.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, banking partners, and internal teams.
• Support regulator and audit inquiries and escalate significant risks.
• Help improve detection models, thresholds, and typology coverage.
• Train IO analysts and provide feedback as needed.
