Job summary

FIS is seeking a Fraud Analytics Expert to join a dedicated analytics team. You will focus on identifying and mitigating first-party fraud risks while balancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

You’ll coach analysts, collaborate with team leads, and report trend insights to executives. You will design and implement fraud strategies, join data with multiple sources for end-to-end metrics, and present findings to clients with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience manipulating large fraud data sets and building analyses.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool usage for reporting.
• Experience presenting to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and analytical support to a dedicated client fraud team.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate first-party fraud risk while balancing customer experience.
• Coach and mentor a team of Fraud Prevention Analysts with guidance and feedback.
• Serve as SME on Fraud Analytics and analyze fraud metrics for trends.
• Design, test, and implement fraud strategies and reports.
