Job summary

Socure is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to be the compliance mind behind its AML platform, aligning regulatory guidance with product strategy and customer needs.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to develop rigorous taxonomies, process controls, and scalable advisory services that help customers mature their AML programs across global regimes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of AML compliance operations, sanctions screening, or financial crime operations experience.
• Knowledge of OFAC, FATF, BSA/AML regulations, and PEP screening.
• Experience auditing watchlist data sources and quality control.
• Familiarity with AML taxonomy structures and country risk ratings.
• Hands-on operator using technology to scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve compliance frameworks, taxonomies, and methodologies for the AML platform.
• Translate regulatory developments into product strategy and features.
• Design and build the advisory capability to help customers mature their AML programs.
• Serve as the compliance SME across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.
