Job summary

Socure is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to shape the regulatory foundations of our AML platform. You will align regulatory intelligence with product, engineering and GTM, building rigorous taxonomies and methodologies that power our Watchlist and sanctions capabilities.

Qualifications

5–7 years of AML compliance operations experience at a financial institution, fintech, or compliance tech company.
Working knowledge of OFAC sanctions programs, FATF guidance, BSA/AML regulations, and PEP screening.
Experience auditing watchlist and sanctions data sources with provenance tracking.
Familiarity with GRC frameworks and AML taxonomy structures.
Hands-on operator able to use technology to scale operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, taxonomies, and methodologies for the AML platform.
Translate regulatory changes into product strategy and features.
Design and build the advisory program to help customers mature AML programs.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.
Interface with regulators and industry bodies to stay ahead in compliance.
Support enterprise deals with regulatory due diligence and RFP responses.
