Job summary

Akraya, Inc. seeks a Smart Meter Operations Analyst in Concord, CA on a hybrid schedule for a 6+ month engagement. The role focuses on supporting the operational aspects of smart meter infrastructure, AMI devices, MDMS, and data workflows to ensure reliable service.

You will troubleshoot, analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on system upgrades and performance initiatives, under W2 terms.

Qualifications

• Experience with electric smart meter operations.
• Proficiency in Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve smart meter operational issues.
• Support AMI infrastructure including devices, networks, and communication systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and outages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on system performance.
• Assist with smart meter project implementations and system upgrades.
