Job summary

EY Consulting in the United States seeks a Senior Manager for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) program management. You will drive large-scale AMI transformations, shaping strategy and delivering multi-workstream programs across planning, deployment, and operationalization.

You’ll lead pursuits, build senior-level utility relationships, and guide PMOs with governance, change control, and benefits realization, while mentoring teams to achieve high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, business, or related field.
• Approximately 10+ years direct AMI program management experience in North America.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream AMI deployments.
• Consulting or professional services experience with formal commercial constructs.
• Strong client service delivery, stakeholder management and problem solving.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including strategy, pricing, and proposals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, and deployment.
• Stand up integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, and vendor coordination.
• Manage large, multi-workstream teams, staffing, and change control.
• Develop delivery methods and coach workstream leads for scalable delivery.
