Job summary

EY is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager in the US. You will lead large-scale AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients, shaping strategy, governance, and delivery across PMO, change management and field deployment.

You will guide multi-workstream teams, drive client relationships at senior levels, and contribute to pursuit and delivery excellence in a complex, dynamic environment. Travel 65–80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployments across planning to operations.
• Professional services or consulting experience delivering client engagements.
• Approximately three+ years of consulting experience with client-ready deliverables.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead large teams.
• Strong executive communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor program delivery with structured change control.
• Business development experience shaping pursuits and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including strategy, pricing, and proposals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and govern forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, and deployment.
• Stand up integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, and reporting.
• Manage large multi-workstream teams and engagement economics.
• Develop delivery methods and coach workstream leads.
