EY Consulting in the United States invites qualified leaders to join as an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager. You will oversee large-scale AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients, guiding multi-workstream PMOs and collaborating with senior utility executives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience with hands-on accountability.
• Experience leading North American AMI deployment across planning, mobilization, delivery and operationalization.
• Consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting, including client service delivery and executive-level deliverables.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and client delivery.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream teams and navigate complex governance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including strategy, pricing, proposals, and approvals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, design, requirements, readiness, field deployment, testing and operations.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, change control and executive reporting.
• Manage large, multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics.
• Develop AMI delivery methods and assets while coaching workstream leads.
