Job summary

VeSync in California is seeking a Senior DTC Growth Lead to own the Americas consumer relationship growth system. You will drive lifecycle programs, optimize the customer journey, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.

You will partner with global platform teams to translate shared capabilities into regional results, own the consumer relationship, and report on lifecycle KPIs and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in DTC, eCommerce, or digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle programs (welcome, onboarding, cart abandonment, replenishment, win-back, promos).
• Monitor cohort retention, repeat purchase rate, and AOV.
• Run segmentation using CRM/CDP tools and conduct A/B tests.
• Support VIP/member program and engagement tactics.
