Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking an AMC Liaison Specialist V to analyze and coordinate issues of interest to the Army Materiel Command, ASCC, and HQDA. The contractor will provide relevant information to AMC to facilitate mission execution and recommend corrective actions to align programs with Army objectives.

The role requires a Master’s in strategic studies, 15+ years in Army/Joint staff, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in strategic studies or related field.
• 15+ years senior-level Army or Joint staff experience.
• Completion of DoW-approved Military Education Level 4 program.
• 2+ years on Army Service Component Command or Major Army Command G4.
• Experience turning complex Army/DoW policies into actionable plans.
• Experience preparing execution-level briefings for leadership.
• Experience summarizing complex concepts for executive papers.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates meetings, briefings, and site visits.
• Communicates AMC positions and feedback on missions and requirements.
• Briefs AMC leadership weekly with information papers or summaries.
• Advices on inquiries and assists with background data and policies.
• Supports JOPES planning, coordination, and joint deployments.
• Uses JOPES to plan mobilizations and deployment of equipment.
• Serves as primary liaison between Washington Field Office and HQDA.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
