Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks an AMC Liaison Specialist V to analyze and coordinate Army Materiel Command programs. The role supports mission execution, policy development, and synchronization across AMC, ASCC, and HQDA.

You will identify root causes of misunderstandings, provide corrective recommendations, and serve as the primary liaison between Washington and HQDA, with responsibilities spanning briefings, information flow, and joint operations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in strategic studies or related field.
• 15+ years of senior Army or Joint staff experience in strategic planning.
• DoW-approved Military Education Level 4 completed.
• 2+ years on Army SCSC or MAJCOM G4 staff.
• Ability to convert complex policies into actionable plans.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefing materials.
• Clear, concise briefing and information management experience.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures plans and itineraries include meetings, briefings and site visits.
• Communicate AMC positions and provide feedback on mission requirements.
• Brief AMC leadership weekly; provide executive summaries.
• Advise on inquiries; develop background data and documentation.
• Provide support for JOPES planning and joint deployments.
• Use JOPES to plan and execute mobilizations and deployments.
• Act as primary communication bridge between Washington Field Office and HQDA.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
