Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC in Huntsville, AL, is seeking an AMC Liaison Specialist V to analyze and coordinate issues for the Army Materiel Command and HQDA. You will provide information to AMC to support mission execution, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve awareness of AMC contributions to the ASCC.

The role requires senior-level Army/Joint staff experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to convert policies into actionable plans for theater operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in strategic studies or related field.
• 15+ years senior-level Army/Joint staff experience in strategic planning or enterprise-level programs.
• Completion of DoW-approved Military Education Level 4 program or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience on Army Service Component Command or Major Army Command G4 staff.
• Experience converting complex Army and DoW policies into actionable plans for theater operations.
• Experience in preparing execution-level briefings and executive papers or presentations.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures plans and itineraries provide for appropriate meetings, briefings, and site visits.
• Communicates the AMC position and provides feedback on mission requirements and sustainment shortfalls.
• Briefs leadership and provides weekly information papers to AMC G3 Operations and Readiness Directorate.
• Advises on inquiries from other agencies and assists with data/background development.
• Provides support for JOPES planning and deployment coordination worldwide.
• Acts as primary communication bridge between Washington Field Office leadership and Army HQ staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
