Job summary

Goldbelt Apex seeks an AMC Liaison Specialist V to analyze and coordinate issues affecting Army Materiel Command, ASCC, and HQDA. You will provide information to AMC to aid mission execution, identify root causes of misunderstandings, and recommend corrective actions to enhance AMC's contribution to ASCC.

The role requires strategic planning experience, DoW-level education, and an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance; salary reflects senior-level military expertise in a United States-based posting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in strategic studies or related field.
• 15+ years of senior-level Army/JCS experience in strategic planning and sustainment operations.
• DoW-approved Military Education Level 4 or equivalent.
• Experience in operating on an Army Service Component Command or Major Army Command G4 Staff.
• Experience turning Army/DoW policies into executable plans.
• Experience preparing execution-level briefings and executive papers.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate meetings, briefings, and site visits with AMC leadership; prepare materials and briefings.
• Communicate AMC positions and provide feedback on mission requirements and sustainment needs.
• Provide weekly briefings/reports to AMC G3 Operations and Readiness Directorate.
• Advise on inquiries/ responses; develop background data and documentation; evaluate policies.
• Support Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) for planning and deployments worldwide.
• Plan, monitor, and execute mobilizations and deployment of equipment.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Washington Field Office leadership and AMC/HQDA staffs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
