Job summary

Riverside University Health System (RUHS) – Community Health Centers seeks an experienced Registered Nurse III MC/CHC to join the Mead Valley Clinic in Perris, CA. • Nursing assessments, staff competency reviews and on-call participation.
• Quality assurance and documentation of care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and provide nursing care per physician instructions.
• Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Administer treatments and medications; chart and report changes.
• Instruct patients and families; maintain medical records and reports.
• Provide orientation and training to new staff and students; participate in QA reviews.
