Job summary

Michigan Medicine is seeking an Administrative Manager Senior at Brighton Health Center to lead operations, implement care delivery models, and partner with the Medical Director and Nurse Supervisor for performance and management of the Brighton Health Center ACU.

This role provides operational leadership across ambulatory care, guides service line initiatives, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while coordinating with centralized support services. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible operational leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated skill in change management.
• Ambulatory operations experience.
• Experience implementing strategic principles and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Care Delivery: implement care models, provider deployment, staff workflow optimization.
• ACU Operations: supervise clinic operations, onboarding, staffing, and performance evaluations.
• Collaboration with Centralized Support Services: coordinate with IT and support functions.
• Space Management: monitor space, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Clinical Performance: set performance goals and schedule optimization.
• Operational and Financial Performance: monitor metrics and prepare financial plans.
