About the Opportunity:

eAccountable is seeking a Senior Amazon Affiliate Marketing Manager with hands-on account management experience. As a subject matter expert around affiliate marketing and selling on Amazon marketplace, you will develop and oversee the execution of new client launches and existing client optimization designed to exceed clients’ goals and KPIs

What You’ll Do:

• Know your clients’ business: KPIs, competition, seasonality, top-selling products, ideal customers, margins, promotional calendar, brand guidelines
• Find new publishers to keep a healthy, diverse mix to achieve all client’s KPIs and communicate their brand message
• Ongoing communications with publishers to promote clients’ brands and products, extend incentives to launch
• Negotiate placements, communicate new product launches and offers, identify opportunities for exclusive products and/or deals, pay publishers based on the value they drive, protect your brand
• Develop and nurture new relationships with publishers in a variety of niches to drive meaningful growth for the brands you represent
• Deliver superior customer service through communication, driving results and overdelivering on client expectations.
• Regular reporting on your outreach and results

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years affiliate marketing experience
• Experience establishing strong relationships with publishers
• Amazon seller experience, having worked on a team that sold on Amazon
• Proven track record of growing a client’s programs
• Knowledge of various Amazon affiliate networks to include Levanta, Weyward, Costingtons, CJ
• Desire to learn and execute new marketing channels.
• Client-facing experience, being comfortable building relationships and interfacing with clients.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $88,000 - $110,000 and is bonus eligible, allowing you to earn performance-based bonuses as a reward for achieving individual and team goals

What to Expect:

• 1st Round: 30-minute interview with the Recruiter, followed by an aptitude assessment within 24-48 hrs
• 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
• 3rd Round: 2 hours of interviews with the Hiring Team, onsite unless the candidate is remote
