White Bay is seeking a Senior Amazon Advertising Manager to lead strategy and performance for high-value ecommerce accounts across Amazon platforms. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive campaigns, deliver insights, and lead client reviews.

The role requires deep Amazon ads expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to communicate performance insights clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, AMC, and Sponsored Ads.
• Proven success managing and optimizing Amazon campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Amazon reporting tools and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, monitoring, and optimization of Amazon campaigns across DSP, AMC, and Sponsored Ads.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and present WBR, QBR, and YBR reports to key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for successful execution.
• Support onboarding and strategic planning for newly acquired accounts.
• Serve as an internal expert on Amazon advertising strategies and trends.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research and performance analysis.
