Job summary

Rainier Recruiting is seeking a Senior Amazon Advertising Manager to lead performance for ecommerce clients on Amazon’s full advertising suite, including DSP, AMC, and Sponsored Ads. This role centers on strategic client relationships, data-driven decision making, and delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, AMC, and Sponsored Ads.
• Proven track record crafting, optimizing, and evaluating Amazon DSP and Sponsored Advertising campaigns.
• Deep familiarity with Amazon reporting tools and strong analytical capability to translate data into strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to compile, analyze, and present metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong client engagement and management ability.
• Amazon Advertising experience required; familiarity with DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud is a strong plus.
• Sharp analytical and quantitative skills; comfort with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, monitoring, and refinement of Amazon ads to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for ecommerce clients on Amazon.
• Strategize end-to-end campaigns, aligning goals and KPIs from awareness to conversion.
• Review and adjust campaigns and budgets for optimal delivery and efficiency.
• Champion testing and experimentation (A/B and multivariate) to improve results.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure precise execution of strategies.
• Deliver reports to clients with transparent results and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a go-to authority on Amazon strategy and industry standards.
• Use market research to inform category development and evolution strategies.
• Develop and present YBR, QBR, and WBR to key client stakeholders.
