Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Amazon Account Manager to lead the Amazon Vendor Central (1P) business for Crocs Americas Digital Commerce. You will own commercial strategy, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable sales and excellent consumer experiences on Amazon.

The role requires data-driven decision-making, strong analytics, and partnership with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to accelerate growth and improve digital shelf execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in ecommerce or account management with 3+ years on Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize inventory, and manage P&L.
• Strong understanding of Amazon retail operations and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own overall Amazon 1P performance: revenue, profitability, and KPIs.
• Develop promotions, annual business plans, and presentations for Prime Day and major events.
• Lead inventory planning and PO management with supply chain teams.
• Forecast sales, manage investments, and analyze metrics to improve profitability.
• Oversee PDPs, A+ content, Brand Stores, and product launches for digital shelf excellence.
