The role demands hands-on work with 600T–1800T presses, familiarity with 6063/6061 alloys, and the ability to interpret production data to drive productivity and yield improvements. Diploma or degree in mechanical/metallurgy/production is required.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with aluminium extrusion operations and metal flow.
• Familiarity with OEE, CTQ, SPC and production controls.
• Ability to interpret production data to improve productivity, quality and yield.
• Experience reading production drawings and process sheets.

Mansioni

• Apply extrusion process knowledge to optimize aluminium extrusion operations.
• Monitor press performance (600T–1800T) and adjust parameters to meet specs.
• Identify extrusion defects, die behavior and implement corrections.
• Interpret production data to improve productivity, quality and yield.
• Review technical drawings and process documents to ensure compliance.
