Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a quality engineer with strong knowledge of aluminium extrusion, metallurgy, and machining to ensure dimensional accuracy and process control.

The role requires hands-on GD&T experience and proficiency with inspection instruments, including CMM, gauges, and spectrometers. The candidate should have 3–10 years of experience and an engineering degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical fields, with a preference for aluminium extrusion industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–10 years in relevant field.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Industry preference: Aluminium Extrusion.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of aluminium extrusion processes, metallurgy, and machining.
• Hands-on experience of GD&T and dimensional controls.
• Proficiency in quality inspection instruments (CMM, gauges, UTM, spectrometer, etc.).
• Practical experience with core quality tools (SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP).
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to independently handle customer interactions and quality concerns.
