Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. in Albuquerque, NM seeks a hands-on engineer to lead RFQ pre-feasibility, technical feasibility, and processes across HPDC/LPDC/GDC and injection moulding. You will work on machine processes, die manufacturing, tool design, GD&T, and 2D/3D modelling.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma/ BE/ B. Tech with 2–12 years of experience and will contribute to tool trials and die casting assembly within a dynamic engineering team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ BE/ B. Tech required.
  • 2–12 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience conducting pre-feasibility (RFQ) of new part.
  • Conduct technical feasibility considering product requirements and government regulations.
  • Experience with HPDC, LPDC, GDC or Injection moulding processes.
  • Hands on experience with machine process and die manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with cutting tools and cutting parameters.
  • VMC programming and conventional machining experience.
  • Experience in die casting assembly.
  • Experience in tool manufacturing and correction.
  • Experience in tool trials.
  • Drawing studies and GD&T proficiency.
  • 2D and 3D modelling proficiency.
