Job summary

Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, seeks a Certified Trainer and Content Developer to deliver high-quality Altium Designer training and develop content for ILT and on-demand formats. You will train professional engineers worldwide, review materials, and maintain content aligned with learning objectives.

3 days per week in the La Jolla, CA office with travel for onsite trainings. Strong hands-on Altium Designer and PCB design experience required, plus excellent communication and writing

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required due to potential training delivery on military bases.
• Five+ years hands-on experience using Altium Designer in professional environments.
• Five+ years of PCB and system level design experience.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for onsite customer training, including travel outside of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver certified Instructor Led Training across the full Altium training portfolio, both online and onsite.
• Complete and maintain certification across all ILT courses prior to independent delivery.
• Deliver training using approved course materials and defined learning objectives.
• Demonstrate Altium Designer workflows and features using real world experience.
• Adapt delivery style to suit different customer experience levels while maintaining consistency.
• Represent Altium professionally in all customer interactions.
