Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Alternative Investments Operations Associate to lead operational support for GEIB alt offerings, including onboarding, client servicing, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting and 5+ years in alt investments or related ops.
• Experience leading processes, projects or team initiatives in financial services.
• FINRA/SEC awareness and compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational support for GEIB alt offerings.
• Oversee onboarding and launches of new GEIB investments with partners.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution with management.
• Provide SME guidance to advisors, fund sponsors, and teams.
• Develop and maintain procedures, controls and training materials.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation projects.
• Lead initiatives and partner with technology on process improvement, reporting, workflow automation, and risk mitigation projects.
• Oversee core alternative investment activities for GEIB offerings, including subscriptions, suitability, valuations, commissions, redemptions, reconciliations, and other activities as applicable.
• Lead suspense, accrual, revenue share, invoice, and other reconciliations as applicable for GEIB-related transactions.
• Develop and maintain procedures, controls, training materials, and workflow guidance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
