Job summary

Chitra Productions seeks an experienced 92S Shower and Laundry Specialist Instructor to support training operations at Fort Lee, Virginia.

You will deliver classroom, blended-learning, and hands-on instruction for Quartermaster School courses, train and evaluate students, and ensure safety and compliance with POIs, CMPs, Army doctrine, and TRADOC requirements. The role requires extensive MOS 92S experience and prior instructional exposure.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in MOS 92S.
• Five years of experience in the functional area or as Senior Shower and Laundry Specialist.
• Prior instructional or observer/controller experience.
• Knowledge of military shower and laundry equipment and operations.
• Proficiency with blended-learning products and Interactive Multimedia Instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, blended-learning, practical exercise, equipment operations, and hands-on instruction for assigned Quartermaster School courses.
• Train, observe, monitor, and evaluate students throughout training activities.
• Conduct instruction in accordance with Programs of Instruction, Course Management Plans, Army doctrine, and applicable requirements.
• Employ blended-learning products and IMI as part of course delivery.
• Train and monitor students in safe operation of laundry and shower systems.
• Collaborate with Government personnel, fellow instructors, and students.
