Job summary

Chitra seeks an experienced 92Y Unit Supply Specialist Instructor to support training operations for the U.S. Army Quartermaster School at Fort Lee, Virginia. The role requires delivering classroom, blended-learning, and hands-on instruction while evaluating students per approved POIs and CMPs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in MOS 92Y, prior instructional experience, and proficiency with GCSS-Army; strong MS Office skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of MOS 92Y experience.
• Active Component and Reserve Component credited per contract requirements.
• Prior instructor or observer/controller experience.
• Experience with GCSS-Army Live Educational Environment.
• Experience employing blended-learning products and Interactive Multimedia Instruction.
• Ability to train and monitor students during classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and exams.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, blended-learning, and hands-on instruction for Quartermaster School courses.
• Train, observe, monitor, and evaluate students during instruction and practical exercises.
• Follow Programs of Instruction, Course Management Plans, Army doctrine, and training requirements.
• Employ blended-learning products and IMI for course delivery.
• Use GCSS-Army Live Educational Environment to support instruction and exercises.
• Operate and utilize instructional technology and materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
