Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking a Senior Allied Healthcare Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for travel, local, and permanent allied health roles. You will build pipelines, screen candidates, and place qualified professionals while driving revenue and client satisfaction.

You will report in a metrics-driven environment, collaborate with account managers, and strive to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs. A strong track record in healthcare staffing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare agency recruiting.
• Proven success placing allied, nursing, or locum tenens professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows and urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a staffing environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for allied healthcare professionals (e.g., imaging, therapy, lab, respiratory).
• Source, screen, and place candidates across travel, local, and permanent roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified allied candidates
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals to understand career goals and match opportunities
• Partner closely with account managers and sales teams to fulfill client needs quickly
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs (submittals, placements, revenue)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Stay informed on industry trends, pay packages, and market conditions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement
