Job summary

Leidos is seeking a SME All-Source Analyst to support the ACC A2 Staff at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and extensive, recent analytic experience. Funding for the opportunity is expected to start September 14th.

You will contribute to all‑source intelligence across DCGS, AOC intelligence, targeting, cyber, space and related activities. The candidate will draft guidance, lead analytic processes, evaluate tools, and optimize fusion analysis

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
At least 15 years of analysis experience in the relevant labor category, with any portion in the last 2 years.
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of related expert experience (total 20 years) as a substitute to the master's.
Demonstrated ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data.
Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support ACC organizations with dedicated fusion and tradecraft analysis.
Draft and review applicable guidance; develop analytic processes and evaluate tools and standards.
Track enabling concept implementation and capture lessons learned across units/sites.
Identify available analytic tools for potential implementation and maintain a list of baseline and other tools in accordance with ICD 203 analytic standards.
