Job summary

Experis is seeking a Sr Business Configuration Manager to oversee ALIP configuration and business process implementation within the Actuarial department. The role requires leading across product, operations and IT to ensure scalable configurations for life insurance and annuity products.

You will manage a staff of direct reports, foster best practices, and communicate risks and outcomes to leadership. Hybrid schedule in Golden Valley, MN, with a contract-to-hire path.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ALIP or business configuration platform experience.
• 5-7 years leading IT/business solution delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of life insurance lifecycle and annuities.
• Self-directed problem solver able to uncover root causes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of admin system functionality for new products and features.
• Define business rules, workflows and UI screens/endpoints.
• Provide leadership to a team of business and technical staff to solve complex problems.
• Drive continuous improvement to team standards and delivery speed.
• Coach and develop talent within the team and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support Agile practices and cross-organization collaboration.
• Support department initiatives including technology roadmaps and process improvement.
