Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a seasoned Business Configuration professional with ALIP expertise to configure Accenture Life Insurance Platform for Insurance products, workflows, and data processing. The role emphasizes domain knowledge in life insurance and hands-on ALIP capabilities.

The candidate will create wireframes, process flows, and product specifications, participate in workshops, and ensure accurate deployment and testing across US clients. Remote CST alignment is possible.

Qualifications

ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform) experience is mandatory.
Life insurance domain knowledge across New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Data & Reporting.
Experience in configuring Insurance product rules, parameters, and workflow rules.
Documentation of wireframes, business processes, and specifications.

Responsibilities

Configure Insurance products in ALIP with defined parameters, values, rider rules, and administration rules.
Set up transaction processing screens and workflow rules in ALIP.
Develop test cases and execute cycles; troubleshoot ALIP issues.
Create wireframes and process-flow diagrams; support workshops and walkthroughs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate configuration and knowledge transfer.
