As the Business Configuration Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team of business and IT professionals, drive design and rollout of admin system functionality, and partner with stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant solutions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ALIP or business configuration experience.
• 5–7 years leading IT or business solution delivery.
• Four-year degree in technical discipline, engineering, business, or related field.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of admin system functionality for new products and features.
• Provide leadership to a team of business and technical staff to solve complex problems.
• Drive continuous improvement to team standards and processes.
• Coach and develop talent within the team.
• Communicate issues, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Supports the Agile development framework and integration into Allianz Life projects.
• Supports and leads department initiatives, including process improvement and technology roadmap development.
• Utilize AI tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
