Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Services Technology Consulting, WAM, Asset in New York. You will design, implement, and support cutting-edge investment management solutions using Aladdin, leading cross-functional teams across trading, compliance, portfolio management and post-trade functions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant solutions, drive delivery roadmaps, and mentor a team of business analysts while translating complex technical topics

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
• MBA or MS degree preferred
• A minimum of7+ years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting Aladdin implementations
• Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end
• Lead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing and coordinating with infrastructure teams
• Define the Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality and compliance
• Drive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules
• Document BlackRock Client provided use-cases into a use-case catalogue
• Review asset class workflows provided by BlackRock Client to support organization of asset class prioritization plans within the Project Plan
• Assist BlackRock with creating/maintaining project key issue tracker and coordinate for issue resolution
• Lead cross-functional communication between front, middle and back-office teams
