Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned platform owner and delivery leader to drive Aladdin implementations for our Wealth/Asset Management clients. You will partner with technology and business teams to ensure robust, scalable Aladdin solutions aligned with EY’s strategic vision.

You will manage cross-functional teams, supervise analytics and governance, and stay current on Aladdin enhancements, new modules, and industry trends to identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance or related; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services; Hedge Fund/Wealth/Asset mgmt or consulting experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading Aladdin implementations.
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel; passport and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans and lead multiple Aladdin projects end-to-end.
• Lead migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, testing.
• Define the Aladdin implementation roadmap and data cloud integrations.
• Configure platform, compliance rules, and workflows across modules.
• Mentor a team of business analysts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Produce governance reports and issue tracking with ACT teams.
• Deliver project closure with client sign-offs.
