Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Sr. AIT Technician (Spacecraft Integration) to join the Space Resources Program in Los Angeles. On-site role focusing on daily lab operations supporting satellite and subsystem integration, qualification testing, and process development.

You will handle assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of flight hardware, working with a small, skilled team on a fast-moving program. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in aerospace with TVAC and electrical bench testing experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS degree preferred.
• 8+ years in aerospace or related field with hands-on TVAC experience.
• Experience reading drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on with electrical assembly tools, bench testing, and measuring instruments.
• Experience with flight hardware and high-reliability systems.
• Ability to execute work orders with minimal supervision and prioritize safely.

Responsibilities

• Run TVAC tests and maintain TVAC operations through qualification testing.
• Mechanically integrate flight hardware including harnesses and subsystems.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop, assemble, and test aerospace components.
• Perform development and production activities with minimal documentation.
• Ensure safety standards, quality, and proper lab space care; coordinate with supervisor on weekly testing goals.
