Blue Origin is seeking a skilled Technician in Integration Engineering to join the Operations team in Florida. You will help set up production areas, operate precision tools, and drive continuous improvement to support safe and efficient human spaceflight.

Responsibilities include tooling configuration, materials handling, and hands-on testing of payload systems. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or integration, experience with precision instruments, and the ability to

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or a related field.
Familiarity with hand tools; ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
Experience with precision calibration tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, optical instruments).
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; willingness to overtime.

Responsibilities

Configure new production work areas with tooling and equipment for efficient workflow.
Operate forklifts, cranes, and precision calibrated tools to maintain safety and quality.
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
Lead transition from development to production and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles.
Prepare and test payload systems and hardware, including painting, sealing, composite layup, and assembly assistance.
