• Justify awards/bonuses and manage budget planning.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities.
• Resolve employee complaints and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Resource planning and policy implementation to meet mission objectives.
• Communicate with management and external parties to align projects.
