Job summary

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Midland System Support Center seeks an Airway Transportation Systems Specialist (ATSS) Coordinator to support NAS operations. You will act as the technical expert for complex legacy and new systems across a large facility and potentially multiple sites.

Responsibilities include project leadership, incident restoration, system integration, and coordinating with DoD, airport management, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience with NAS systems and technical operations.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Knowledge of DoD, airport management interactions.

Responsibilities

Serve as SSC Coordinator for ATSS responsibilities.
Analyze, design, install, repair, and maintain complex NAS systems.
Lead projects and provide technical guidance without managerial intervention.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Ensure safety practices and proper PPE during restoration and maintenance.
