Olsson is hiring an Airports Technical Expert to elevate engineering expertise and project management across the firm. You will mentor staff, provide direction to clients, and contribute to major airport projects with significant technical leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic planning, and maintaining quality standards while representing the firm externally in professional circles. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in civil engineering with a focus on airports.
• Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert and mentor to staff to elevate technical capabilities.
• Provides firmwide direction and client services in a specialized discipline.
• Maintains project profile by participating in key projects and external representation.
• Develops resources for key projects and promotes quality standards.
• Researches industry trends and fosters collaboration with stakeholders.
