Olsson is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Airports team in Colorado. You will lead large, high‑risk airport design projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating staffing, budgets, and procurement while guiding project performance and risk mitigation. You will build strong client relationships, manage teams, and apply best practices to achieve financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering preferred or associate degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry and 10 years in project management for airport design projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering business consulting.
• Excellent client service orientation, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Solid interpersonal and decision‑making skills with ability to generate innovative solutions.
