Job summary

The Columbus Regional Airport Authority is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee major projects at John Glenn Columbus International Airport and Rickenbacker International Airport, among others. The role requires CMAR experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Seven years of construction project management experience, CMAR preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors in all phases of project development and execution.
• Coordinates project design, construction, and permitting with internal CRAA stakeholders, airport tenants, and outside agencies.
• Attends and leads meetings; disseminates and manages information.
• Ensures compliance with specifications and timely completion of projects.
• Manages project communications, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and change orders.
