Job summary

The Columbus Regional Airport Authority is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects at CMH, LCK, and TZR. You will supervise engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating design and permitting, directing meetings, and managing project documentation with internal and external stakeholders. A CMAR background and Ohio driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method.
• Extensive knowledge of building and civil construction techniques and contracts.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and pre-employment drug test.
