Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Knowledge of airport operations and aviation facility construction.
• Experience serving as an Owner's Representative.
• Experience managing landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).
• Strong PM with emphasis on planning, design, procurement, and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scope, planning/concept documents, engineering documents, and construction documents.
• Manages procurement documents and contracts.
• Oversees design and construction coordination among stakeholders.
• Administers meetings, submittals, and project reporting.
• Ensures compliance with standards, codes, and OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinates with owners, officials, contractors and design team.
