Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project team through all project lifecycle phases.
• Advise client on airport airfield design and construction impacts.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget; review others' work.
• Develop and implement comprehensive PM plans.
• Manage multi-firm teams and finances; approve invoices.
• Lead contract negotiations and represent firm at hearings.
• Mentor PMs and identify new business opportunities.
