Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, hangars, and landside improvements.

The role requires guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Texas P.E. license required or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation civil engineering or project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of aviation infrastructure projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, proposal development, quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Develop project execution strategies and oversee budgets, staffing plans, schedules, and resources.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal staff, subconsultants, contractors, and specialists.
• Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, client expectations, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the firm at seminars and conferences pertaining to clients and aviation market.
• Serve as subject matter expert in aviation planning, design, construction, and airport operations.
• Provide technical oversight for airfield and landside projects, reviewing analyses, designs, plans, and deliverables.
