Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is hiring a Consultant Aircrew Training Specialist to join the Customer Training Engineering team based in Seattle, Washington. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert for 777 or 787 Flight Training Development, leading the identification of customer needs and developing competency-based training curricula for Boeing Global Services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a flight crew member.
• Experience developing flight training courseware for Part 121/135 or foreign equivalents.
• Experience working with instructional systems designers to develop training material.

Responsibilities

• Develop flight training courseware.
• Define standard and customer-specific training requirements and develop proposals to satisfy those requirements.
• Analyze training requirements to provide technical content that supports learning objectives.
• Review courseware, instructor materials and documentation for technical accuracy.
• Analyze training effectiveness and inform courseware revisions.
• Review feedback and reconcile inputs from team members.
• Research and evaluate training delivery methods for new and existing courseware.
• Ensure technical accuracy of flight training courseware.
