Job summary

Boeing Global Services in Miami, Florida, seeks a Training Systems Integrator to advance our commercial flight training content. You will serve as SME for maintaining and enhancing courseware, identifying customer training needs, and designing innovative content that meets aviation industry demands.

You will collaborate with flight instructors and instructional designers, test curricula in flight simulators, and ensure alignment with FAA and EASA standards.

Qualifications

• Airline Transport Pilot license or foreign equivalent.
• 10+ years of higher education and/or related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Captain or First Officer on Boeing airplanes or as an instructor.

Responsibilities

• Elevate flight training: assess and improve our flight training courseware to meet safety and effectiveness standards.
• Define training requirements and develop proposals addressing those needs with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate with flight instructors and instructional designers to analyze training effectiveness and inform courseware revisions.
• Hands-on testing: engage in testing curricula in flight simulator devices with teammates to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
• Stay ahead of the curve: keep training content aligned with FAA and EASA regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze and enhance flight training courseware for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to reconcile feedback and improve training materials.
• Research and evaluate cutting-edge training delivery methods.
