Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking Experienced Field Operations Logistics Representatives to support VC25 logistics at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. You will maintain inventory, manage warehouse operations, and coordinate distribution in a dynamic field environment.

The role requires willingness to deploy to multiple locations, ability to pass security clearances, and the reliability to relocate as needed. Shift is 1st, with possible overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in military and/or commercial aircraft maintenance, logistics, and/or supply chain support concepts.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Willing and able to deploy/travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic and international).
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift 35lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provides supply support sustainment services at customer or field locations.
• Monitors logistic systems performance.
• Conducts research and provides logistical assistance to support operational objectives.
• Maintains effective customer relations.
• Assists with researching, identifying, and resolving customer supply support system inventory discrepancies.
• Investigates demand management, replenishment, and electronic data systems.
• Collaborates with company organizations to identify and resolve inventory issues.
• Collects supply data and evaluates supply system procedures.
• Coordinates and documents the movement of components through the repair cycle.
• Manages field office resources and maintains company presence.
• Prepares required company reports.
• Cross utilization duties include insuring inventory parts availability, reviewing stock quantities, packaging and shipping, forklift movement of large aircraft parts and engines, and handling of HAZMAT materials.
• Inventory control is managed through a database requiring competent computing skills and knowledge.
