Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a RS CS Master Craftsperson Sr in Savannah to lead a skilled installation team focused on sheetmetal upgrades and STC-driven work packages. The role requires coordinating data from multiple sites, signing off drawings, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on aircraft installations.

You will oversee technicians, guide problem solving with engineering partners, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of production/manufacturing/service center experience.
• FAA A&P license or repairman certificate within 30 days.
• 2 years technical or trade school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-service installations, repairs, and refurbishments with high accuracy.
• Troubleshoot problems on in-service aircraft and determine causes for preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Control to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Organize and administer an Employee Skills Development Program with Training Dept.
• Maintain CMP cards and documentation, ensuring compliance with Gulfstream procedures.
